The life you're living no longer feels aligned, even if you can't explain why
You sense God is stirring something new but the path forward isn't clear
You feel caught between the person you've been and the one you're becoming
You're questioning expectations or roles that once defined you
You want space to listen, discern and move forward without rushing ahead of God.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
Sometimes the most important step is simply creating space to notice what God is already doing.
For years I’ve walked through wilderness seasons of my own—loss, identity shifts, unanswered questions, and moments when the path ahead felt impossible to see.
In those seasons, God met me in ways I never expected. Through Scripture, dreams, quiet reflection, and hard questions, He began reshaping how I understood identity, calling, and trust.
Over time I realized something important.
The wilderness is not where God abandons us.
It’s often where He prepares us.
Today, through coaching and my podcast Navigating the Wilderness, I help women discern what God may be doing in their own seasons of transition so they can move forward with greater clarity and alignment. (Read more)
If you sense that God is doing something new in your life but the direction isn’t fully clear yet, you don’t have to navigate that season alone.
Sometimes the most helpful step is simply having space to slow down, reflect honestly, and discern what God may already be revealing.
Through coaching, I offer a place for thoughtful conversation, spiritual discernment, and grounded next steps as you move forward.
If this season resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk with you for part of the journey.
hear God's voice with greater confidence

untangle identity confusion and false pressure
recognize patterns and themes in your story
move forward with more peace, courage and clarity

Recalibrate to True North
The Spiritual GPS is a workbook I’ve created from an exercise introduced by John Eldredge on the Wild at Heart podcast. I found this exercise incredibly valuable for bringing clarity to my own journey when the path felt unclear.
If you are feeling uncertain, this workbook will help you slow down, notice where you are, and begin discerning what God may be doing in this season.
Inside, you will find guided reflection to help you reconnect with True North and take your next step with greater clarity.
When you download it, I will also send you Field Notes—thoughtful reflections, biblical insights, and simple practices to help you cultivate clarity, health, and peace in everyday life.
